How good is the quality of AI blogs compared to a human writer?
Zynceo uses Claude (Anthropic) — one of the strongest models for long-form content right now — combined with your brand voice, products, and custom AI skills. The result is an SEO-optimized article that typically only needs a scan for factual accuracy and industry nuances. Our users spend on average 5-10 minutes per blog on final review.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Zynceo?
No. If you can log into your Shopify store, you can use Zynceo. OAuth connection takes 30 seconds, then you can immediately start generating a blog. All SEO settings (meta titles, schemas, alt text) are handled in the background.
What if I'm not satisfied with a generated blog?
You first get a draft in "My Blogs" — nothing is automatically published. Only when you click publish does it go to Shopify. Drafts can be edited, rewritten with different instructions, or discarded.
Is my store data or customer information shared with other users?
Never. We use Supabase Row-Level Security: every query checks at the database level that you can only read your own team data. AI prompts contain only your own products and blogs. We don't train models on your data and share nothing with third parties outside the AI provider processing your prompt (Anthropic or OpenAI).
Does Zynceo work with multiple Shopify stores?
Yes. The Starter plan supports 2 stores, Pro up to 5, and Agency unlimited. You can set a separate brand voice, language, and content strategy per store. Multi-store publishing with automatically translated internal links is included in all paid plans.
Which languages are supported?
Currently: English, Dutch, German, Spanish, and French — for both the interface and generated content. Translation between these 5 languages works in both directions. More languages will follow based on demand.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, cancel monthly without hassle. Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No exit fees, no contract lock-in.
What happens to my data if I stop?
On Shopify uninstall, all access tokens are immediately revoked. 48 hours later (per Shopify GDPR policy) our cron job permanently deletes all store data. Want to delete your account yourself? Email privacy@zynceo.com — we execute within 30 days per GDPR.
Which AI models do you use?
Primary: Claude (Anthropic) for blog writing, translation, and analysis. For image analysis: Claude Vision. For certain specific tasks, OpenAI or Google Gemini may be used. We choose the best model per task — you only see the result.
What is the difference with other AI writing tools like Jasper or Copy.ai?
Jasper/Copy.ai are general writing tools — you need to manually feed them product info and your brand voice. Zynceo is Shopify-native: products, collections, brand voice, and published content are always context. You don't just write a blog — you publish directly to your store, translate to your markets, and automatically connect internal links.
